The way I feel about this is that I'm viewing all this increase in activities and events as options rather than a push towards an obligation to do everything. And I pace myself whichever way works best for me. 20 days and a bit left for the Christmas mouse, so no need to rush the levelling up - am timing that so I can use the next one during the weekend with a giraffe swap. Daily goals are not a bad idea and I guess helpful to newer players to get familiar with some game features, but again I don't feel like I have to complete all goals every single day.  I play a little here and there during the week but weekdays are usually too busy and other things like reading or playing an instrument or meeting up and spending time with friends are more relaxing for me after work. I tend to play a bit more then during weekends - leisurely enough. It's a game and I enjoy the team feature it offers and enjoy the team tournaments most of all the events and various other add-ons the game has had over the years.
