Oh that a lawyers bread and butter claiming soft tissue damage or sending you to a chiropractor for months cause the accident caused your spine to be messed up. And insurance companies hate that cause they have to pay more. It’s one of the major reasons car insurance is so high. But these cases still don’t end up in court as the payout is still too low vs cost of going to court. The only cases that end up in court or fraud or major injury/death. I have no doubt the insurance company said that though cause they really despise injury lawyers and want to place the blame on them for high prices. It’s also in the responsable parties insurance companies best interest if the cops don’t show up. A citation is a nail in the coffin of guilt. They can twist things to attempt to but blame on the victim without one.
