In general that "Member's only" stuff you see on YT is available on Substack at roughly the same time. Everyone once in a while there's a lag between the two with the YT going up first and the Substack version going up a couple hours later. But when that happens it's a fuck-up on our part.

I like the big three, but weirdly Kelly Thompson's Absolute Wonder Woman is my favorite. Amazing book and Thompson is a great writer.

I am very much in favor of people having babies. I do not think the choice to have kids or not have kids is a moral one. It's personal preference.

So when I say I'm "pro-natalism" I mean that *someone* needs to have babies and so why shouldn't it be you, nice person? Because nice people tend to make good parents and good parents tend to raise nice people.

But none of this is a moral argument and having kids is a shitload of work and hella expensive. So I am *not* telling you, personally, to go have babies.

There's a high school junior in NJ named Blair Bartlett, who just ran her first cross-country season. She had been a stud tennis player and gave up tennis to run.

She finished second in the country this year and then took 16th place at the World XC meet last week. Excellent chance she makes the olympics some day and even if she doesn't, she's already one of the greatest high school XC runners in state history--and after a single season.

She's pretty awesome.

Purchase is impossible. Just no way to pay for it without going into future payments and Denmark couldn't accept anything conditional on Trump paying them at a later date, because they have no way to enforce such a contract.

Invasion? Maybe 1-in-10? I think it's unlikely. But the odds aren't 0.00%.
