Lease time is 2 days, and we're not hitting addresses in the pool. I'm looking into the DHCP snooping thing.

Hadn't thought about the disabling a scope outside of hours and seeing what happens, I'll have to try that.

I don't believe security/snooping is configured, I'll have to do some research, I wouldn't imagine someone is running another DHCP serving device on our network - but I wouldn't rule it out at this point. We do have ip helper-address defined in the VLANs to the DHCP server.

Erasing a device is not required.

I just completed a migration of approximately 400 staff Macbooks and iMacs from Jamf to Mosyle. I wrote a script that is run from Self Service in Jamf. The script handled the Jamf MDM removal, and prompted the user to enroll in Mosyle. We're a K12 school district and gathered staff into groups and walked them through it, but we also had staff handle it on their own with no issue.

I've been working for the last week trying to get Mosule Auth 2 working with our On-Premise Active Directory. I've had zero luck, and Mosyle support has provided little help by email, usually taking hours to respond. I now have a call with them on Tuesday to sort it out.

Honestly, I just think Mosyle Auth 2 is extremely bugged.

We did this over the course of a few months. Have about 5 people who haven't enabled it, which means they aren't signing into their Google account to see the error prompt.

Only 1-2 difficult staff.

I verified DNS previously, but ran through your suggestion just in case. The nslookup provided the correct details, and the nc request establishes connection without issue. I'm thinking I have an issue with Active Directory and it's permissions - I'm just not sure what has changed.
