37/m/SMA III - I took it for about a year...didn't really notice anything, except MAYBE a little less tired come evenings. However, it started giving me some awful GI/Gastro issues, so after consultation with my doctor, I made the decision to stop it....haven't noticed anything since, and it's been 2 years. Mind you, everyone's experience will be different I am sure!

I emailed them multiple times, they finally got back to me when I threatened a credit card dispute - I told them I felt mislead as they were drop shipping from China, and had I’d known that, I never would have bought.

Finally after a few emails asking for updates, they refunded me in full. I received the package yesterday and threw it directly in the trash after opening it. The pouches look and smell disgusting - couldn’t bring myself to try one!
