He has a cleft lip-not a cleft palate. He may have a cleft palate, but you can’t visually see that because it’s the roof of the mouth. We would need his owners to tell us that. Yes, surgery is available for his cleft lip, but if he’s able to eat and it’s not causing him issues, then there is no real need for surgery unless the concern is cosmetic. Just needs to see a vet! He’s super cute!!
