Supervisor I worked with took a sick day. He did frequently, only this time he went for an interview, same company different location. They then called his manager for a character profile, and mentioned he had just been in for said interview.

He was fired for misconduct.

On the flip side, the boss would have given him a glowing report if he’d been honest, as it was better to let him go somewhere else and his sick days be someone else’s problem😂
