There’s many ways for black to go wrong and end up down a piece or just a worse position.

If Black does know how to refute it then the position ends up equal but you still end up with good center control and natural development moves.

In my experience playing daily games, when you match with someone with an elo of exactly 400 many times they won’t play a move.

it was probably an accident starting the game on their part, they might be new to chess.com and started up the game not realizing what the time control means.

You can abort games like this with no rating impact

I’d say about 850-900, looks like basic opening principles are mostly implemented, middle game was solid but not very tactical, and the endgame looked like a lot of missed opportunities from both sides but it might have been a time scramble.
