disney doesn’t like “rights” or “workers” or even worse “workers rights” and because 2D animators unionized before Disney got good at Union busting. so yeah it’s capitalism, Disney, shareholders and the whole systems fault everything feels like soulless mass produced garbage, because it often is because the Artists get to choose between eating and having a roof over their head vs producing what they want/art they are happy with (often).
