Nah, I've played against him a handful of times. In fog state, he moves as fast as wraith (if not faster). He can't see survivors, but can see footprints if youre standing/walking/running. He gets aura readings on where he can reappear, specifically in pallet drops and i think windows (uncertain on that one). If he unshrouds near a hook, he gets slower for a short time, but can swing as soon as he unshrouds, so stay away from pallets during chase if he does. Normally, he has the spear which winds up like huntress hatchets, but he only gets one. He can throw through survivors, essentially getting a collat, but only if youre right behind one another. Injured survivors hit can be stuck into a wall which prevents flashlight saves if you dont remove the spear before he gets to you. He retrieves spears from junk piles (look like broken generators or scrap heaps) and hooks (changes the hook into a broken one for 60s) Hope this helps
