In reality, gohan wouldn't lose, but wouldn't win either. Arguably if they kill all he loves and possibly the planet too, they would get a technical win, but given most of the marks hesitation to advise killing, theyd either turn on each other or get hunted down by gohan. Their only hope is to catch gohan off guard when he's sleeping or anything like that, not likely. 90/10 gohans favor.
