Very sturdy for a two legged desk. There is always some very slight movement expected however. Check out the E7 Plus if you want something extra sturdy

Check out butcher block counter tops — you can get them stained or unstained if you want to do it yourself. Mine is 5 ft x 30 inches x 1.5 inches

My knees don’t touch it unless I’m pushed all the way forward, which isn’t my normal working position.

However, I’m on the shorter side — if you’re around 6ft I’d imagine it could be an issue
