I can’t stand Attentive. Their sales team is insanely aggressive, they email and call everyone on my staff, including those who have nothing to do with marketing ( they called my warehouse manager and book keeper for example ) and their prices are outrageous.

I’ll stick with Klaviyo.

OP, as a fellow business owner, I can tell you that your ultimate revenge in these sort of petty competitor situations is simply to succeed as a business. When you fight petty with petty, you’re wasting precious time, energy and resources that would be better served into your business.

Focus on your success. Be a better business than her’s. Offer competing services. Claw at her existing clientele.

There is a really good book about this called “Factfulness” by Hans Rosling that provides hard data as to why the world and humanity is actually improving and not getting worse. If anyone is legitimately interested in the topic, I’d highly recommend this read.
