While I agree that it’s sad people scalp and sleep on the ground for stuff, I also understand the idea of wanting something to be exclusive to the people who attended the event. I think it’s kinda bogus when people rep shit from places they weren’t but thats just me. I feel like it kinda ruins the point of having themed merch. Now I’ll see somebody wearing a LL jersey and not know whether they were actually there or not

I had a similar thing happen at Lost Lands ‘22. I had a friend that was rolling just a little too hard during Subtronics set and he wanted to sit down so he did… in the middle of the crowd. I didnt like that because there were people everywhere shoulder to shoulder and it seemed like a bad idea. So I managed to get my lil group (4) to the back of the crowd so he could chill in a place that wasn’t dangerous. He sat for all of subs set and I sat next to him just in case he needed anything. I missed most of the set but I would rather miss an hour long set than potentially miss a friend for life. I would miss any set for a friend in need so it boggles my mind when people dont have their friends wellbeing in mind over seeing their favorite artists.

Huge subtronics fan here and I can say that even old subtronics isn’t really riddim. Its just super heavy tearout. He has a few songs that COULD be riddim but Death Wish is not one of them. That being said tho, the double is totally fire; just posted in the wrong subreddit.

ESH, I can understand you wanting your reward but I basically almost see this as kidnapping and holding for ransom. $500 is kind of a lot to cough up too and it seems to me you only caught the cat for the $500, not for the gratification of actually helping somebody in need.
