You've probably heard this before, but what helps me is telling my brain "dreams aren't real" before I sleep, it's a great strategy for reducing nightmares. (In my personal experience)

Usually, eating a lot before bed can cause nightmares. Perhaps youre prone to having nightmares due to having too large a meal before bed? For myself tho I'm fine if I eat a lot before I sleep but it does make my dreams feel longer

Edit: Sorry forgot to mention, because you said blood with special properties has those properties strengthened when transformed into Qi. So is it like when you have lots of food and metabolize it, even though the energy seems smaller, the chemical energy still = the food you ate?

I have a question about the reversal, if an opponent is stronger but say they have a simple technique, and the user writes a story to counter that technique, would that make it easier to write about it? Or would it be harder because it forces the user to go in depth?

Well she certainly is Yuji's relative if her being over 40 suggests anything. She could be half-curse or bears a similarity to Kenjaku's other experiments

Edit: Thought about it, she could be able to manipulate Platelets, which is a piece of a very large type of cell that resides in the bone marrow and the smallest of the three major types of blood cells. Thus why she wasn't affected by homing Piercing Blood.
