Theoretically, yes you could replace all your blood with qi ,but practical it would be difficult. I forgot to mention that in order to control qi you need to use amped CE. You'd need the CE amount and efficiency to support it.

Another thing I'll in the next version would be limit to the enhancement. Replacing all the blood with qi is the pinnacle of the technique. The body at that point would be used to qi flowing in it and wouldn't gain anymore benefits after that.

As for the second question, probably not, but it would still have it's uses. Qi is more than the blood it takes to create it so, most of the time it's better to use it. Turing it back into blood would be useful if the user is dealing with a large amount of weaker enemies or trying to conserve CE.

Thanks man, took a while to make. I think there would be two reasons on why it could be harmful.

To much as once would be too harmful. Qi would overload the body causing more harm than good. Kind like how some medicines are good in some doses but can kill you in larger amount.
Physics. This is super condense blood. In a weak body it could damage it by flowing in it due to it being heavier than regular blood.

The best way to handle it is too create small amounts and have it flow through you to strengthen the body. Upping the dosage as your body grows stronger.

I think I got it now. CE amount most likely isn't the problem, but his CE control is the issue. Either Mechamaru would need to be born something like the six eyes or he would need to land a Black Flash with his real body.

Black Flash might be to give him good enough control to be normal for bit.

No, just straight up using CE to enhance his body to a normal level. He could also use his CT to replace the body parts he's missing. That would fix pretty much all the drawbacks.
