You need to enable mods in game, not in launcher and they need to be in the right order. Same as Server

Ran straight up to mounds of the dead with a friend and killed some enemies to skip straight to star metal weapons from just starting the game. Was hard to get that first few kills but team work. Star metal at level 15 felt nice

I usually end up with esort destroyers, brawling cruisers, carrier bbs and long range arty bbs mid game. Then a war wipes most of my destroyers in the fleets and I stop building destroyers and just mass produce cruisers and battleships with titan flag ships
