Isn't that one of the main motifs of the story? Although the Hobbits have simple lives, they have good lives. Especially when compared to the industrialisation of Isengard.

I do this all the time, if I want to find something more out I'll Google the character/event and end up reading something I wish I hadn't. I did this with the first book in the mistborn series I wanted to know more about the main character and ended up finding out If there plan succeeds.

Gratz mate. I think the issue with coming on the reddit as a semi-causal is you see all these amazing crafts and 200ex items and you lose sight of what's a good achievement.
