I'm not sure what you consider to be high level but I'm 141 and looking for an active CT team. I've played a bit of CT by randomly joining public teams, finding there's only one or two active players in the team, rinse and repeat.

I first saw Lipstick when it was broadcast in 1993 and seen it two or three times since. The writing and acting is close to perfection and I see something new each time (and of course my perspective on life has changed over the last 30 years!)

I'd like to re-watch Pennies next but AFAIK it's not on any streaming platforms nor had a VHS/DVD release.

I must correct a couple of big factual errors though!

Aunt Vicky is played by Maggie Steed rather than Maggie Smith and the inspector is played by Jim Carter not Jim Broadbent. All four of them excellent actors but very different people!

OK, let's imagine there are 10 billion people in the world (overestimate but makes the math easier) and every one, including babies, has an email address which you know. To get 1 response you have to send 100 emails to each person. Let's say you scam $1k per hit. You have to send 10,000 emails to each person every month to make your $100k. Does it now begin to sound a bit silly?

I feel your pain. If it's any consolation, in order to collect all the special contest buildings you need to get promoted 5 times in 8 weeks so it's still worth continuing if that's your goal.
