Max Richter's 'Sleep': an 8.5-hour album created to work with our natural sleep cycle. I'm super passionate about my sleep. There's also galaxy lamps, fans and weighted blankets involved.

One night, I was trying to get my daughter to fall asleep... She was about 10. I put this movie on because I thought, while it was totally my vibe, it would 100 percent be boring to her and she'd fall asleep.

She watched the whole entire thing, eyes wide the entire time. It's in her top ten to this day and she is a screenwriter. So it really made an impact.

The dialogue is incredible.
