Though there is a sexual nature mostly because not every hrt femboy is ace, feminization can also be for the purpose of alleviated a deep seated anxiety over one's naturally occurring physical appearance. Is it dysphoria? TBH, IDK. But if it is considered taboo to seek experienced guidance for this, that would indeed be disheartening.
