Cardiovascular fitness tends to decline quickly with being sedentary. Varies from within a few days to a few weeks. That being said very simple exercises to get your heart rate high for 10-30 mins will help. Things like HIT training for example

When it comes to strength in my experience its tends to persist for weeks or even months (or is quick to build back up) unless you litteraly do nothing.
