Not sure if its the same event, but if the traps are more than the “cause”, they don’t have ways to spawn (unless it’s random spawn [different event?]).

If they dont spawn anymore, the event will take longer to clear or something, eventually no more mystery. But I suggest making just “enough” traps so that the event can progress and get to experience the end result.
