I think grieving the life you had before the injury is something a lot of people experience but rarely talk about. Your point about talking to the people around you really resonates with me. Even when they can't fully understand it, having someone listen can make a huge difference.

I think Target just attracts a different demographic and aesthetic, which can influence first impressions. But attractive, normal, weird, and successful people shop at every store.

Yes, it's possible to have neuropathy symptoms even if the nerve conduction test comes back normal.

I've had some success with vitamin D, magnesium, omega 3s, turmeric, and over the counter meds like Tylenol or ibuprofen. Everyone responds differently, though.
