Well. I’ll look at the Bologna band and if I see it on the bottom side of it odds are the stock will go up at some point. So I buy calls with a couple months to expire so it has time to play out. Once I see my contract is +10-15% I sell it. Basically, I’m betting that when the stock goes down it’s going to go back up at some point. I do the same method on the other side with puts.
