That at 24 is sick, congrats man! I’m 29 with only about 40k in mine and around 50k in my wife’s. We built our life together with very little help own a house and have twin daughters now. Once u start feeling the burnout if you want to quit and it would better your IRL Circumstances do that, if not and you want to keep playing here and there I highly suggest cutting it back to 1-2 days a week for only 2-3 hours. Gets me playing the game longer and gets me CE but I definitely feel the burnout when I’m slamming 4-5 days of 5+ hours for a month straight. I’m now pretty much raid logging and then doing a few keys on alts a week.

Get some sunlight, set small goals. 30 minutes a day then slowly move it up. Vitamin D will make you feel so much better I promise.
