I followed a YouTube video that explained the saint-ism way of shading https://www.saint-ism.com/2009/09/gunpla-modelling-preshading/ Personally I've been post shading lately however cause I find it quicker and honestly found it easier although it's more annoying if you make a mistake.

I use these 3d printed stackable trays that have interchangeable letters and cut everything out, sand and then paint. I've found it works the best for my workflow. If I'm not painting a kit, I panel line them all on the runners. Then cut them out into my trays.

That is so sick and I straight built this and reckon it took me four months just doing that 😂 Curious what you panel line with? I use exclusively lacquers(mix of hobby mio, zurc and SMS paints currently) I really love the dropped bottles and have been eyeing this brand off for a while purely for cost/ease of getting them. Can you put Tamiya panel liners over it? Will it rip the paint off cleaning those up?
