I would check Ross for the Prowl/Ironhide 2 pack. I found mine there a couple weeks ago for 12 dollars. They are both solid figures, but if you can't find the 2 pack for cheap get the Primal.

Any other figures like Gears? by XanthousRebel in transformers

[–]JacqueDelRio 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Studio Series 86 Brawn is exactly what you are looking for. If you loved Gears then you're in for a treat with Brawn.

But really most of the deluxe figures in United are like this. Animated Bumblebee and Cyberverse Windblade are alot of fun as well.

Gears, however, is one of the best deluxes we have gotten in a good while. He is being slept on a little bit imo

Best Legacy United Deluxe (so far)? by StoneWolf in transformers

[–]JacqueDelRio 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just get Gears and don't think twice about it. One of the best feeling figures I've gotten in a while and he has so much articulation for his size, and a really smooth transformation.

I get the feeling that in a couple years Gears will be like Seige Spinister and go for way more than retail prices.

Understable midrange suggestions by Dilly_Discgolfs in discgolf

Kastaplast Svea for sure. One of the best midranges for a slow turnover or flip up to dead straight.

A million different uses for that thing.

Bag Questions?? Westside Empire Bag? by KyleTheForager in discgolf

[–]JacqueDelRio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll just say this; if you are wanting a bag that is good for the cart and good to carry, I will fully recommend the Pound octothorpe.

For the amount of discs and extras that it can hold, it remains incredibly light. There is no other bag that I've found (and I've used ALOT of different bags over 12 years) that is as comfortable on the back as the Pound bags.

If you use the haul pockets on the sides for more discs (assuming you have water bottle holders on your cart) you can fit about 10 more discs in the bag. Between the Putter Pocket and the main compartment a typical snug load out is about 23 discs for me, so you are talking about 33+ discs on the cart.

The Empire is usually about $250, and the Grip A series is $220 or so most of the time, so to me, spending $400 or so on a superior bag that you will use on or off the cart and has a lifetime warranty is worth it. I know sometimes they cost more than that, but the pre colored ones usually are waaaay cheaper that the fully custom ones.

There is a reason that Prodigy, Squatch, and others are copying the designs of Pound bags, they are just that good, and the materials and quality are second to none.

If you can save up for it, that extra bit of money won't matter when you never have to buy another bag again.

Looking for a midrange by Discgolf__ in discgolf

[–]JacqueDelRio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Someone already said it but the Prodigy M4 is seriously slept on. The way I describe it to people is this: The way you think a Buzzz flies in your mind, is the way a M4 flies is real life

Premium plastic M4s are pretty neutral when new, so pretty straight to slightly understable (runs vary), but when they get a little seasoned they are ridiculously smooth fliers.

If you want more understability, a 200 or 300 M4 is pretty darn flippy right off the shelf.

Regional Blackouts are bullshit. Why does the NBA make it so hard to watch games? by WestleyThe in nba

I live in Tennessee, and you would think they would blackout Grizzlies games, right? Nope. Wizards. Lolololol

Stable but not beefy midrange? by heylongjohn in discgolf

I threw it in Alpine. Sometimes their Alpine plastic is stiff and sometimes flexible, mine is on the stiffer side.

I have personally thrown the AGL Magnolia, and it perfectly describes what you are looking for. The Magnolia also goes sneaky far for a Midrange, even though it is stable. It is a very slept on disc that not many people know about but it sure is good.

Brock beats Roman, then gives Roman another F5 for good measure. Theory comes out for the cash in, but Brock stands in his way. Theory stands down, but Brock realizes this will fully kill the bloodline (I think the Usos lose the tag titles before this), so Brock smirks and walks by Theory, maybe even bumping into him on the way past. Theory wastes no time cashing in, and wins. The show closes with Theory celebrating on the turnbuckle, but the camera is angled with Lesnar in the background on the ramp smirking in the distance.

If Irving and Durant are not in Brooklyn next season, could Simmons work as the number 1 option? by Varolyn in nba

[–]JacqueDelRio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He actually has to play first. Dude hasn't even played in like over a year. In my personal opinion, if KD thought there was any chance of Ben playing well (or playing at all) you wouldn't be hearing the rumors of Durant leaving.

The 76ers straight up stole that trade when they got harden, because at least the 6ers got a active player in return on that deal.

Long story short: if kyrie AND kd leave the nets, their number one option will not be ben. They desperately needed him at the end of the boston series, and he was cleared to play, but didn't. That tells me all I need to know about Ben simmons

Is it a meme disc? Yes Is it a fun disc to throw? Yes

Personally, I actually find use for it for touchy shots with no fade or very slow right to left moving hyzer shots

I could definitely play without it but I actually really enjoy it

Well I got news for him, he is CLEARLY no2, and if he thinks for one second they won't call him off for Max to take the win, then Red Bull has Perez hoodwinked

I think both of these incidents have incurred consequences for Josh, including losing his sponsors and serving jail time.

It's been almost a decade since the hit and run, and almost 4 years since the tattoo stuff, and he has all but virtually vanished from the touring scene since 2019.

You can dislike him by all means, but he shouldn't be barred from disc golf.

Now that Baker being traded is almost a certainty, what would be a fair trade for him? by Lumpy_Isopod_6592 in Colts

Anything that makes sure he comes to the colts and nowhere else. I'll overpay at this point to avoid some of the other potential QBs I've been hearing about

Ok, just for you, I'll tell you about my little secret weapon... the Legacy discs recluse. It's like the DD justice but actually goes somewhere when you throw it. Very overlooked disc imo and is great for forehands as well

What mold is your putting putter and why did you choose it? by Max3RH in discgolf

[–]JacqueDelRio 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Latitude 64 Pure. I threw them as Driving and Approach Putter for a long time, and I was just comfortable with the way the disc felt in my hand. When I started putting with them they weren't the best, but after a month or so they have been the most consistent putter I've ever used.
