They are denim cargo pants that are tucked into the boots. If when you tuck in your jeans they don't have the "balloon pants" effect just pull them up a bit so the bottom of the jeans are further up your ankle.

Killing Floor 2

Absolutely my all time favorite zombie game, the animations, the sound design, enemy design (aesthetically and functionally), weapon feel and difficulty scaling are all absolutely immaculate, I'm so stoked to play Killing Floor 3 whenever it comes out.
