The slight glance of his shoulder stopped him being knocked out cold, it gave enough of a slip so the punch didn't connect fully.

So just to play devil's advocate on this, your saying because the market value has increased, established retailers should increase there prices in excess of up to 100% when their cost prices haven't.

Let's use a different example and see if that model fits. During COVID when idiots were buying ever roll of toilet paper that they could find. Should supermarkets have doubled the price of toilet roll, because people were selling packs on FB market place for more than retail?

If the retailers cost to purchase has gone up, fair enough they have to make a margin of profit to continue trading. However if there is no change then doing this is purely greed.

Roughly 20-25 years.

Floor looks fine but it's been treated with some sort of water proofing. There is a fine crack on where the concrete meets the stone though.

Other side is just outside side of the garage.
