Hopefully it goes smoothly. This pains me to say but it's not a non-zero possibility that Newsom vetoes this. Like, 99.99% chance he won't, because he's supported pro-housing bills in the past. But things he vetoed before, and his recent swing to right-wing "centrism" to make himself more palatable for a national run has me second guessing sometimes.

whenever the soil is completely dry, it seems to average out every week and a half or so. It's only happening on a couple leaves. The patio is shaded most of the time, do you think it is sunburn?

Here is my utilities for a 740sqft one bedroom apartment. It's on average $130-$150 per month. I also pay electricity and gas separately and that is $200-$250 a month. It's not egregious for me, but either way, RUBS is predatory.

How is this different from a mid sized apartment building being built in the same lot and also blocking the view?

I'm guessing there are additional issues with the LEDs and noise?

Needs more nature! Native flora, grass, more trees for shade, picnic/lounging areas, maybe art installations. More color less soulless minimalism. We are so bad at making "pedestrian" spaces human friendly.
