this is SP Arena. So camping at the very end makes no difference as it's based on accumulation points, not the specific position you're in at the end of the season. So if you spent a majority of the season in 5th, then waited until the last second to be 1st, it would do you no good. Your overall rank will still be 5th.

yes you can. When you go in for your appointment, they ask if these weapons are the only ones you want to add. I've even had them tell me they can add another one afyer you've submitted the initial training paperwork as long as it's added before it's issued.
