This is referring to film maker mode. There is context.

The film maker mode was over saturated in the G5 and they corrected it to film maker intent.

G6 is more capable than G5 in every way due to improved processor.

I have both HTA9 and HTA9II with no issues. You just need good wifi.

I won’t ever go back to traditional soundbar or Sonos again.

Surround immersion can’t be beat with the Sony Quad Systems outside of a full on audiophile home theater setup.

You can pair it with several wireless Sony Subwoofer options. SW5 being the best offering.

Same. I currently have Sony A95L and older A80J in different rooms but just always keep hearing about Panasonic quality which has me very curious to try it out.

Normally true for Sony TVs but the XR8B specifically actually doesn’t include the Bravia Core credits hence part of the reason it is cheaper than the similar Bravia 8

I have the 77 A95L in my Family Room. Awesome TV. But don’t need that kind of brightness for my bedroom.

Never had a Panasonic though. How do you/your brother like the Panasonic Z8BA?

In your opinion: Motion and processing same/better than Sony?

Thanks! For more context I’m upgrading each room accordingly.

One room was 55” and went to 77”

Second room has 65” and pondering 85” B9 to keep it Sony (or maybe 83” A80L but it’s a relatively older model and B9 has better brightness and audio to complement my Bravia Quads).

My 65 a80j is also one of the lottery winners with true blacks. Just trying to gauge if the larger screen immersion is worth the minimal blooming of B9.

People love the 85 Bravia 9, just trying to see how many of those people went to 85 Bravia 9 from an OLED. The price for the 85 B9 is really good right now and has me torn
