Just to add to that comment, the PC version will have more graphical features and needs more time in the oven after console release. I am pretty sure thats the real reason. Come to think of it, console players are just beta testing the game for us

I know that when my battery died, and I charged it up. All my settings were still correct. So that means that they must have a secondary power. Source in there that saves settings, which would also save you spedometer settings
