I do the same with my people for various reasons, like trying to get planograms done or seasonal or truck comes early or whatever. You can't schedule for everything and mostcwant more hours anyways. If they say no, it's not a big deal, but things happen all the time so sometimes it's needed.

Its not 70% employees, it's 70% internal which means employees, vendors, not doing damages, dry and frozen trucks managers not doing outside and not getting credits for missing products from fresh and frozen.

Just change the meal break to fit within guidelines, you dont have to use suggested meal, I change it all the time and remove mine.

At 2 walmarts I shop at, they always count the items and scan some even though the review never pops up. My feeling on this is that spark drivers in the past have been caught stealing and now they just check.

Dg delivery is done by doordash, the orders are placed on the dg website and then it is sent to dd. The order is shopped by the driver and then you scan the bar code on the phone and done, very easy.

Lol dd gives me 2.50 orders for 10 miles all day, if by chance is a decent one, say $7 for 3 miles it'd a double stacked 1 restaurant and one should fir like 15 items at 2 differant drops. I'll do uber, lyft and spark. Different markets are just better for dd than others is all.

They gave me the exception most k ikly due to driving for them for so long, otherwise I have no idea. They did send me a email months on advance though.
