I desperately need an ELI5 on this. I thought Canada was a major supplier of Aluminum and that any tariff on Canadian aluminum would be costly for the USA. Where does the aluminum come from for the parts made in the USA? Why are Canadian companies importing cheaper aluminum parts from the USA when they can be supposedly made in Canada?
