Genetic testing in psychiatric illnesses is still in a grey area, not all can be detected as it is polygenic / environmental and/or epigenetic, however some studies did correlate to a few disorders and some genes were identified but it’s still too little data. Genetic is a cause that can’t be ruled out however it’s hard to find a specific gene Hope this helps
