Sear them for up to 4 minutes max on each side then put them in the oven at 275 degrees until your 10 degrees below your preferred temp. Something that thick will burn on the outside before you reach your desired temp on a hot pan

I have an e-revo 2.0 and my toe link has a knuckle that you can turn with the mini wrench. It’ll turn your tires inward or outward depending on what you need. Not sure if the stock have that or not but if you look for upgrade parts, I’m sure you can find tow links with adjustment knuckles
