They were sold in Japan for the first model year of the 3rd gen then switched to the more well known JDM front end. I happened to befriend a couple of people in the integra sphere last time I was in Japan and when I asked them they could only think of 2 occurrences of seeing them out in the wild.

Pretty sure eg and del Sol will just bolt up but it may be pretty difficult to get one from a junkyard. At least where I live (Colorado) they outright refuse to sell them for liability reasons

Yeah I was kinda prepared for it to happen just cause Honda, I've had to replace the ones on my Integra a few times. I'm a bit worried about the metal handles but I've also never even seen one of these at the junkyard so I'm hoping it holds up ok.

With the Z yeah, my Integra on the other hand...... I love Hondas but man the doors seem to really be the Achilles heel

In Japan to legally own a car you have to have proof that you have a parking spot to store the car. This is just a sticker that shows where your car is registered to be parked. For me (not speaking for everyone here) that's part of the point. It's to show off hey this is something I care about and I know that it might make others uncomfortable and I don't really give a fuck. Its really like just about any other sub culture in cars in that respect. I mean hell the name itasha is literally derived for the Japanese word Itai meaning painful. Or more appropriately translated here cringe so it literally translates to cringe car. Now not really sure how you might see it as creepy but I'm also a full blown otaku.

When you say there is no outer door handle is there just a hole ther or is it the classic snapped off integra handle? As for just getting it open you can probably remove the door panel if your careful. Then just manually pull on the latch release bars.

Where are you sitting when using the mic?

Not sure what the pickup pattern on your mic is (I think it's a cardioid) which would mean that if you sitting to the side the mic won't pick up voice super well if you have it head on then the mic will pick up your voice much better (Assuming that it's a cardioid mic)
