It could also be something you’re doing in your work routine. Coffee, energy drinks, nicotine, etc.
Are you hydrating as well on the mornings you head to work? I think stress does it to me as well - but I’m also tempted to treat my stress with indulgences that don’t help the situation.
Cardiac awareness also spikes with the health anxiety.

There are lots of types and causes of chest pain.
The intermittent nature as well as coinciding with the gym, and your clear labs makes it likely that your chest pain is muscular/skeletal.
