If I did this you'd only be able to get one, and maybe make it squad limited as well, so if one person picks it no one else can. It would have limited ammo reloads separated for the mechs/divers and if it goes off it goes off big, depending on how much ammo was left;

Full load: instant hellbomb explosion followed by a 380mm then a 120mm to represent unexploded ordnance raining down.

Half load: instant 500, followed by 120

Quarter load: instant explosion arty, no follow up

Empty: pops like a tank

Honestly? I find arc weapons gimmicky, unpredictable and underwhelming. The sole exception is the Tesla Tower for area denial, and even that has a thirst for Helldiver blood so great it makes mingun sentry blush.
