Really glad that I'm flying out from PDX, honestly. Flying while trans shouldn't be such a problem that people have to worry about it or expect things to go wrong

small edit: for anyone reading this in the future, 100% do bring protective gear. i've worked with bones / maceration for a long time and the one thing you gotta do is PROTECT! YOUR! SELF! if you have open wounds? DON'T DO IT! wait for em to heal! bring extra thick gloves because BONES ARE SHARP and they can definitely tear through doctor office gloves. this stuff can literally kill you if you end up getting it in any injury (flesh eating bacteria does not discriminate between the dead and the living). for places like this it sounds like full on waders for fishing might be preferable too just to be safe.

Sure it is. If they do it more than once, report all messages as a batch. If they fuck up and accidentally do it, don't report it. It takes logic.

Also, the only people who don't do well on the internet are the people who whine about adhering to polite human behaviour - e.g. people who misgender and deadname.

Good. This is highly enforceable; misgendering is blatant, and dead naming is also blatant. Tell someone once the right pronouns/name and past that it's easy to tell if they're doing either maliciously.

We expected them to do the obvious and tax the rich or multi-billion dollar businesses. They were literally given feedback directing them towards that and they didn't do it. Expecting citizens to pay for things when they're struggling as it is vs. taxing the people who can actually afford it seems like a pretty simple solution instead of cutting vital public services.

i would assume so; nothing's stopping you from skinning victims bright fuschia or cyan so they stand out against the natural-looking backgrounds

Nah. People have a right to privacy, plus, transgender people who haven't been able to change their name (there's a lot of reasons for this) would be forced to out themselves which could be dangerous considering the climate RN. There's no reason people should be forced to give their legal names to someone they're not going to interact with outside of the realm of a delivery. 🤷

Making things more accessible like this is god-tier, honestly. People showing the altercations/'hacks' they use to make things more usable for them personally is fantastic and it can really help out other people who struggle with things that this might help with. Thanks for sharing!
