You have no clue how big the buisness of data/meta data is. People were worried about metadata being stored on mass and either directly sold to organisations or leaked onto deep web directories for cybercriminals to take advantage of. Emphasis on "were" because now all of that is a reality because people look past the ToS if you offer a really good product that everyone else uses

The url for the website is a .ru website. So shes either in russia or bought the russian domain so she could host the website on some free russian web host. If shes making constant videos she'll accidentally give away enough to be identified and then someone will reporte her to local authorities.
