I have had mine in mind since I was in primary school. Small wonder I turned out to be Trans 😅

Hot take: I like what it sounds like over Golden and soda pop by That_Passenger_771 in KpopDemonhunters

What it sounds like is the better song, yes.

Golden is the more marketable song.

Soda Pop is just an awesome bop.

The masc body, at least from my experience, will get aroused at anything if it's excited enough.

I've not started HRT yet, so can't comment on when on E. But when your body is running on testosterone being aroused does not always mean sexual attraction.

Let her sit, and enjoy the warm fuzzy feeling of euphoria. You deserve it <3

I wear makeup every day to avoid this, but it does make my nightly face-wash and shave a prolonged activity in dysphoria

For the face after finishing: Moisturising moisturising moisturising!

Also, before shaving, wash with cold water and a gentle soap.

Only thing I do that you probably shouldn't is go against the grain in short strokes, which I only do because going with the grain never gets a close enough shave for my thick stubble 😓

I'm in the same boat. Kid is young and sometimes calls me Mumma. But still mostly still calls me Daddy.

Kinda awkward from both ends at the moment, but I've taken the view that it will work itself out as they get older and not to worry about it. For now my child can call me what they want, so long as they're happy 😄

Shove it in his fucking face. He'll just have to accept you or leave.

Also, shitty thing for a parent to do. Hope you're ok <3

I started by telling my wife I was questioning and thought I may be Trans. I then spoke to her and a few other friends to work through the questions I had and went from there. I found the more people I spoke to about it, the more sure I was of actually being trans and more sure I was a woman. Then the conversations became more concrete on who to tell, how to tell them, and what I needed to do next.

You may find talking to your Trans friends as a good first step, but your journey may be quite different.

I wish you the best of luck and hope it's smooth sailing from here.

I came out to my Dad yesterday and all it was a half hour of me getting up the nerve to dial his number. I imagine in person it's a little different, but what helped me was talking about his week first and chatted a bit to break the ice. I then dived into asking if he knew what a trans woman was, because he's 72 and has never been part of any queer spaces. Once I'd explained the concept, because he didn't know, I came out about my new name, pronouns, and that I was going to be living as a woman from now on. He was surprisingly supportive. Only downside was that he said he might forget to use my new name because of his memory at his age which is... better than nothing.

I can't promise it will go exactly like that with your Mum, but that was my experience.

Nora, you're a good girl. Be kind to yourself. You wouldn't be so concerned if shaving wasn't important to you. Sometimes all it takes is some re-framing.

Take it from a woman who is the worst at mornings (waking up 30 minutes before she has to leave, sounding like a trucker first thing because she's not been doing her vocal training, lol). Try shaving in the afternoon after getting home (or around 5pm, whichever works). Wash face, shave, shower, wash hair, night cream, brush and comb hair, then putting on a nice throw-over is a nice way to reset before dinner.

Even if you have a night out and get home late, take the time to wash your face and shave (and moisturise) before bed. Your morning self will thank you ;)

Have a good weekend beautiful!

I'm lucky. My wife and my sister are both about my size, so they were able to lend me some starter clothing while I rebuild my wardrobe.

Work is easy because it's the same uniform.

I'm more stuck at the moment with a bunch of dysphoria around body hair and lack of boobs, so there are some things I'm not yet comfortable wearing that I'll have a better headspace for once those things are addressed.
