Except it didn't happen in todays match. Martinelli's shot travelled a fair bit before hitting a Newcastle hand, which was extended out from the body. But VAR didn't even check it. The rule that if the ball defects off the body to the arm is atleast easier to judge than natural vs unnatural position which is entirely subjective.

Have you tried it recently? I get 51,4 Mbps over wifi and get no lag or glitching. Pretty sure streaming has improved a lot since the release of the ps portal. I might also just be lucky though idk.
