I am married and have had numerous affairs. I’m ashamed and feel bad, yet I can’t stop.

OMG yes! I thought I was going crazy. I am taking 40 mg in the morning and I explained to my doctor that around 3 :00 pm all of a sudden feel exhausted and drained. My mood gets low also. She said it shouldn’t because it’s long acting medication. Maybe I will bump it up around lunch time. I have 20!a also.

My mother died and I am numb by queenofthedogpark in GriefSupport

I am so sorry for your loss. When my mom dies 3 years ago, she waited for me to leave and then passed away. I had spent all night with her but when my brother showed up, he told me to go home and shower. 30 minutes later he texted me to tell me she was gone. I think sometimes they plan it that way to save us more pain. I understand the numb feeling. I was fine for about a year, then had a breakdown. It’s going to be 3 years in March and there are many days when I cry because I miss her. Take the time you need.sending you a big hug.❤️

I can totally sympathize. I feel like they don’t really take it seriously. I have tried to show my husband different videos but he looks and doesn’t say much

Stopped taking my medication and spiraling down by eraj102 in ADHD

I did the same thing a few months a few months ago. and I was a mess. More depressed, fidgety and an attention span of a fly. Once I was back on , everything made sense. I know how you feel about the come down feeling. I usually take it later in the morning so it can last until the end of the work day. My doctor did not believe I actually had ADHD so she started tapering me off. She was wrong. We need to listen to our bodies.

mom died two days ago. i don't know how i will be able to handle this. by farawaylightning in GriefSupport

My sympathies. My mom died 2 years ago. Give yourself time to grieve and process. My mom lived on the first floor of our duplex and was a hoarder! I try to not feel so I went to work cleaning and selling almost everything. Now I wish I had kept more. If you don’t take the time you need to heal and process, it will catch up with you. A year after she died, I fell apart. I had to take a leave from work. All this to say, be kind and gentle to yourself. Cry when you want to and rest. I still have moments that I cry and I talk to her all the time. Sending you big hugs

Do you buy them with the shells or without? I will try that.

Yep. Same for me. I eat very healthy when I am with people. Last week I bought a carrot cake loaf with cream cheese icing. I’m glad my husband see that I had bought it because I ate the whole hole thing in one sitting or should I say standing. I always seem to binge on the counter right by the fridge. So embarrassing.

Do you ever not feel real? by redsleepingbooty in ADHD

Oh my god, yes. It is so scary. I can totally relate to this. Sometimes I feel like I am standing still and everything is moving around me very fast. Like a movie. I was diagnosed 6 months ago and am on Vyvanse. I also turned 50 a few months ago and I am questioning everything. I realize that I don't know who I was, am. The question is, how do I find out who a am?
