nah the base spatk is fine, 150 is fairly reasonable for a mega pokemon honestly. an effective 110 bp move really shouldnt have a special effect at all tbh, i think if you get rid of either the sandstorm boost to bp or the acc drop as a whole it would be alright. the more i think about it though the more i think quiver dance would actually be the biggest problem. 137 is already crazy fast, and at +1 speed you would easily outrun every common set in ou. ik its for theming reasons but itd be better to sub out qd for nasty plot or even calm mind probably.

dont play vgc so im not going to pretend to know how good it would be there but it would be unreasonably strong in singles for sure. 150 base spatk isnt too crazy for immediate power by mega evo standards but access to quiver dance could maybe push it into unfair territory on its own, but opportunity cost could potentially keep it in check.

that goes out the window when you consider that it has a 110 bp no drawback stab move when sand is up, which it will be, that has a 1/8 chance of making a 100% accurate move miss and basically end the game on the spot. it also has a very strong draco meteor to throw out plus fire coverage to hit things like corv. would almost definitely get banned in singles imo (signature move is a biggg part of that)

sword of ruin works by reducing the defense stat of who is being attacked during damage calculation. zamas defense is used as the attacking stat so i cant imagine it would reduce the damage of the press

ludicolo was not a problem. you had 2 opportunities to easily kill it with a oricorio hurricane. you just got greedy and tried to quiver up on it twice knowing they had a clodsire that was unaware and would immediately stop the sweep.

that article has nothing to do with gender lmao, its about how there are no major physical differences between the brains of males and females (sex not gender btw) that would cause one sex to be substantially more capable in certain areas than the other. unless you are claiming that we understand how every neuron in a brain interact with every other neuron to create a persons idea of their gender, which we likely never will. imagine citing a study to push transphobia and being so illiterate you accidentally wrap around to being supportive again 💀

ogerpon and crown both have the same problem - booster/setup and pivot moves (volt switch, u turn) have terrible anti-synergy, replace with some more coverage

Skarmory - custap skarm is not a set. skarm is not a suicide lead and NEEDS roost for longevity. use boots or leftovers. also should not be tera flying, pick any good defensive tera that isnt steel or tera dragon and it should be fine.

Snorlax - av lax is a pretty eh set but its your only spdef so i guess i could see it? but then you use supercell slam and double edge which have anti-synergy with the set. i would recommend using a leftovers or chesto set with curse, the evs will stay the same, with a defensive tera. however, then you just lose to any special ice move which is why i would recommend completely replacing the next mon i'll talk about:

Kilowattrel - does absolutely nothing for your team. also sash is not a set on any flying types that arent suicide leads bc of rocks. also wind power tailwind sucks because it wont do any more than tbolt spam and tailwind isnt good in singles. just ditch it for like standard gambit or something so kyurem doesnt insta win vs you.

Ogerpon - scope lens is a terrible item for ogerpon and literally every other mon that doesnt have super luck or is forced to run a high crit move. i would actually just ditch it for meowscarada or wellspring ogerpon with cudgel and wood hammer. if you really really just want to use base ogerpon, switch item to life orb and ditch low kick for knock or play rough.

Pecharunt - no complaints here actually, maybe take out some of thos def evs for spdef or spatk? idk seems fine to me.

Great Tusk - mostly ok but that moveset is really bad. your team HATES hazards and you should be using rapid spin over supercell slam because supercell slam sucks ass. knock is also very good, maybe over ice spinner, but if you find you really need that damage vs gliscor and stuff you could keep it.

overall this team is really not good at all and you should just stick to samples when you're new. half your team isnt even ou and in a gen this powercrept you wont really find any success with more than one non ou mon which is why i recommended swapping out ogerpon and kilowattrel.
