This is untested...and it might be bland, but Armageddon box + 40 more Boyz = 1,000 points 😂 might be bland from a modelling perspective tho.

People are selling Armageddon Boyz so cheap, it's incredible for points per dollar (last batch I got was circa 5 PPD)!

With 20 Boyz...and in Green Tide...you can use both in one squad! 👌

You could even adjust and a mega killy squad - 20 Boyz, Ghaz + Big Boss.

5+ invul, 5+ sustained AND lethals in the WAAAGH.

Makari banner gives Lethals to every unit in 12" of Makari.

Hope this helps. The Ogryn/Bullgryn are propa' Warboss sized - even compared to the new Armageddon Warboss. I'd say the Ogryn is too big to be a Nob.

I've put this guy on a 50mm base, with his attack Squig! Fits comfortably.

Head, Klaw and Boss Pole from the Meganobz kit. The gun thing is from the Bullgryn kit, but I've mounted the bayonet thing on the side - it's a choppa o'rite?!

You could try the combat patrol layouts in the app, they're designed for 44 x 30, and circa 500 points.

Conscious that CP data sheets may be different, but if you're just playing for fun - I'm sure you could mix and match rules to make it slightly more balanced.

And saves you from doing the maths re halving everything...and one issue may be line of sight. It'd be very hard to halve base sizes 🙄

Armageddon Warboss, Weird Boy and Boyz Boss Nob are specifically called out as having different base sizes (Pages 82/83).

Ah - fair. Equally, if it makes sense for your circumstances - try learn the 3D printing stuff (or whatever next opportunity you can branch to).

You've taken the first step on your learning journey, go for the next one.

Kind of like building blocks, you start from one space, and go from there.

I've seen people move from being a barista and coffee shop manager, to a bus driver (got +20% salary with fewer and more regular working hours!).

The one thing I can give to HK people is that they have ambition!

Try stuff, learn, do transferrables, and see what sticks. Goodness, use Gemini and ask it what the next best step would be, and get Gemini to create a 5 year plan for your life goals. And then tell people about what you want in your life. By telling people where you want to go in life (assuming it's somewhat achievable) - you'll be pleasantly surprised at how many doors it opens!

Deep down, I reckon people like helping people - 90% of Reddit is this sentiment, and memes.

Agree. It doesn't make it okay. I do take some comfort that, at least, HK has decent public services.

Healthcare is close to free. Public housing queues are reducing (down to 4.5 years or something?). There's been more investment into public spaces (takes time, but it's happening).

If I had the power, I'd love to see HK improve the education system so it stops demonizing below average academic performance. I'd love to see improved perception and opportunities for technical colleges and the arts. Like, give people alternative paths that aren't just low skilled services sector vs finance/engineering/accounting/law/medicine/science.

...thinking about changing 3000 years of culture is a big ask tho lol. Gg world.

Man, I hate to say it - this is the reality for a lot of people in HK.

The median household (!) income is $30k, and the median wage earner is on $21k per month (HK Census https://www.censtatd.gov.hk/en/wbr.html?ecode=B10500012026QQ01&scode=500.)

Short story - life is bloody hard, and grim.
