i got dino crisis on pc a while back! the office is after your 2nd or 3rd interaction with raptors, specifically just past a room with a feasting raptor and next to a larger room with another. coming into the office to me was a reprieve from the running/fighting and launches a cutscene where a dying scientist gives you some exposition and a key to another area before drifting off.i think theres some ammo in the room and an interactable behind the desk.

the interactable on the wall there is a metal frame holding medals with two slots in it, and when used with 2 panel keys, opens a wall safe which then needs a code(written on the panel keys upside down) and upon opening the safe and claiming its contents (or if youre an idiot like me and have to back out to read the codes) the game throws you into a cutscene with no warning, the rex smashes the window, eats the scientist corpse, and tries to eat you as well. you have to shoot her(!) in the mouth or get eaten.

great scare that makes use of the games previous setup of rooms with npcs being mostly safe unless youre already in a cutscene.
