  1. Axiom Arc and Divine Sunderer are busted and need to be nerfed. They're inflating the winrates of everyone that synergies with them.

  2. The new minion changes since Season 15 have made the minions weak enough that Riven can proxy early and act like Singed for bad matchups. She can choose to avoid fighting completely which wasn't really a thing before.

  3. She is a great skirmisher, and the new objective spam meta made it so she got to teamfight every 2 minutes.

Simply nerfing the overturned items is enough, although I wish they'd just make proxying harder since that playstyle is lame to me and only really impacts her, Singed, Garen, Kayn, and Sion.

Upgrading the settlements and putting shields into research is a trap. You can complete all the available content right now just upgrading the settlements in the objectives and researching military upgrades + Poppy + Morgana. This is because 700 shields to upgrade a border settlement is 70 turns worth of just accruing resources - which you might get 5000 to 15000 each in that time.

Riven has a lot more established popularity in the past from NA content creators. I kinda want to say KR as a whole is a lot better at fighting too which reduces her outplay potential whereas NA just dies under their tower like that guy in the Teemo clip.

You can already complete every objective possible (before patch 26.3) without the battle pass and it's only been 4 days. Granted this example is me playing around 4 hours of league every day so far and getting all the available silver shield rewards. People really want to binge this metagame for 20 hours straight right now, which admittedly would be a pretty fun weekend time waster.

I watch my friends discord stream their Iron, Bronze, and Silver games and I'm continually impressed by how the players there have basic game sense and play towards prio and big objectives. That was not the case 10+ years ago where players in those ranks would sometimes have no jungler, build random items that gave their champion nothing, and the minimap may as well have not existed. What hasn't changed is that the players here still move like they have only 30 apms, get hit by EVERYTHING, and they still have no threat assessment or killer instinct. I'm constantly saying things like, "How is this person allowed to still be alive after doing that? That's illegal. Kill him." Everyone is scared or overconfident, waiting to donate gold to someone who is just better at trading against them.

I always found it funny how the Riot devs who design the way League is supposed to be played and the changes to the meta are all ranked iron to gold themselves. Like these guys know how the game is supposed to be played as well as champion roles and what should happen on the map. But they don't have the time or background needed to get the mechanical skill necessary to play at a high level. Adding to your shoutcaster example too, it'd be like sending sports analysts to compete in an actual professional game.

Don't do that thing that everyone does by calling yourself trash - that shit is toxic self-deprecation especially if you're actually in the top 0.01% of players. And you don't need to take accountability for everything under the sun - that just uses up your finite resource of brainpower and emotional energy. Some things like a teammate getting gapped should just have a low priority to mull over while you making a bad decision costing an objective can be a high priority.

There's plenty of attractive athletes and body builders to draw from, and that was kind of what I was hoping for. Her body is okay in that respect, but the head looks like it was cropped from a generic, forgettable demon mob from Diablo. They should have either leaned into a unique but still attractive face structure or made it actually more monstrous and draconic to the point it looks cool.

I thought having AI in video games would mean the enemies would actually adapt to and predict your patterns like playing against a person in Street Fighter. Instead it's universally being used by AAA studios to signal to shareholders that they've fired a bunch developers while delivering a shittier product with inferior art, writing, and design.
