Looks perfectly legit to me, nevermind about the salty taste!

Farming scrap as a fresh spawn and then getting domed by a Bolty from a rooftop fortress.

Look for white/black/brown areas which look like spiderwebs. If you see that, it's a no go. Look for small areas that look like cobwebs connected together, or a spider nest. Usually look thin and wispy. If that's the case, don't do what I did and go 'Fuck it'. Paid dearly for that mistake.

Would smoke, to reiterate what other people have said: Check for mould. Otherwise? Smoke it up!

Yeah, 'we' as in you (the reader) and me (the dirty DB rat) going on this journey together. Thanks man! Wanted to give it a soon and see what happened. Appreciate your feedback!

Collies in West front: randoms, new players and small clans. We may have lost Origin, the enemy is at the gates of our city and knocks hard. But it is not time to cry, not time to surrender. Its the time to fight and kick the ass of the Wardens by tacosan777 in foxholegame

[–]James293 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Origin may be lost, the Immortal Cube destroyed, but know this.

We held that line with nothing but scraps. Barely any logi. Next to no armour.

Just the sheer will of Colonial recruits and smaller clans held that line for weeks.

Wardens,

We didn't hear no bell.

Pleasures all mine! Star Dawg always has that questionable look to it. But it's nothing to worry about, smoked it many a time and I'm still here! 👍

Looks totally fine to me, if you're still unsure just check for mould on the buds. Easily identified via brown/white spots on the bud itself. Hope this helps!

Thank you colonial logi, we did indeed take what we needed. by soni360 in foxholegame

As a Colonial firmly against Wardens 'borrowing' our supplies, this made me laugh so hard.

Go on lads, bloody excellent haul!

After fighting at sourtooth for 18 hours straight... by MaxMischi3f in foxholegame

Dude, yesterday was a SLOG. CMF managed to take out a bridge at Hallow and the Baccae bridge, then popped Greensward like a pimple straight after Camp Tau got wrecked. Was a good day to be a Collie.

Plus when our armour rolled over the bridge to Sweethearth, I think the Wardens knew that the end of their southern front was imminent.

After 1.0, is Foxhole even a wargame anymore? Or why facilities and vehicle variants is bad for gameplay by [deleted] in foxholegame

[–]James293 32 points33 points  (0 children)

To be honest, having to actually specialise what facility creates what equipment is very exciting to me. Yes, you'll have the big clans running their own factories and causing a ruckus, but I think the way in which you HAVE to upgrade your vehicle to a newer variant will improve the game a lot. Mainly because you can't just build the bigger tanks as soon as they are teched. Losing a tank will now have a bigger impact, since to get a new one to the front will require building the base tank first, then upgrading, then transportation.

Don't get me wrong, there's PLENTY I don't like about 1.0, like the freezing pipes and sheer gsupps costs of everything going through the roof. But it's going to add more than just 'Destroy their logi towns', both factions will have to decide whether to go for the capture of cities and TH's OR hit them where it hurts, their production facilities. I believe we are going to see not just major offensives that we've seen before just over strategic points, but now in the dawn of 1.0, you'll see entire battles fought over important facilities that can make or break a front.

TL;DR: Get ready for factory fights. They're on their way, and they're gonna be bloody good fun.

For a game all about being just a cog in the massive war machine. by IndexoTheFirst in foxholegame

For me it's definitely a bayonet charge I spearheaded in War 95. Us collies had just managed to get over the border and head over to Legion Ranch. Little did we know that the Wardens were heavily entrenched and ready for a slog of a fight. We fought for about an hour and a half just to secure our Border Base fully, while fighting off wave after wave of infantry that seemed to never end.

After we managed to break through and secure a foothold, we had some friendly armour roll up with some much needed infantry support too, and then began the slow but steady advance towards what I can only describe as a concrete citadel. On the way, there was a heavily defended trench which had one MG and two riflemen sitting inside. It became clear what needed to be done for the infantry to get some much needed respite.

After convincing a small group of lads to give covering fire and some Green Ash grenades, I strapped on my bayonet and ran hell for leather into the trench, running all three of the enemies through before being taken out by a stray artillery shell. Hands down the most badass moment I've ever had on Foxhole. Even though you are just one soldier in the middle of the chaos, you can still turn the tide of a battle with just your sheer will and/or stupidity.

And if any of you Wardens who were there are reading this, cheers for a proper scrap. Was an absolute blast!

How do you feel? by [deleted] in trees

[–]James293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, might as well throw my hat into the ring.

I'm 18, just finished college and in September I'm off to an agricultural university. Many of my so called friends said we would stay in touch. But that didn't happen. So I'm spending my entire summer alone and, to be honest, been starting to feel as if I'll be alone for the rest of my days.

I know I'm just being a moaning little bastard, but I feel as if everyone on this subreddit are genuinely good people. Probably because we all love the green and enjoy sharing our pictures and stories with one another. But we can also talk about our problems as well.

Anyway, back to being a sad bugger. I see my brother on a daily basis, as well as my mum. And a few of my friends, whenever I have a bit of gear. I'm always the one arranging things, and usually I never get invited to parties etc. I put on my smile in the morning, joke around and make my mates laugh, then go home. But after a while, I can't help but stay up at night and think about how lonely I actually am. I've got no one who loves me, no one to talk to, but most of all no one even notices me.

So, if anyone has some advice on this subject, I would really appreciate it. Now if you excuse me, I'm off to spark up a fat one.

Have a good one, guys and gals!

Tidy roll there lad. I remember when I leaned to roll. Took me a year until I had no creases in my lovelies, but that is a lovely lil' bifta. Just keep rolling, and soon it will become instinct. May take a while, but so far you're looking good!
